Today's episode is a really personal one for me. As some of you may know, my family has been moving through complicated changes brought on by some issues with my mother's health. It's been a heartbreaking chapter and one of the most confusing periods emotionally. Jill McNamara is the General Manager of Care.com, and has been a person who has supported me in a huge way over this last year.
