Ca: A la primavera, l'aire fresc omplia el centre cívic d'un petit poble de Catalunya.
En: In the spring, the fresh air filled the centre cívic of a small village in Catalunya.

Ca: Era el dia de Sant Josep, i la llum del sol entrava a través de les grans finestres, il·luminant els cartells de les festes que decoraven les parets.
En: It was Sant Josep day, and the sunlight streamed through the large windows, illuminating the festival posters decorating the walls.

Ca: El lloc de votació estava ple de veïns, alguns amb una rosa a la mà, altres amb un somriure il·lusionat per la festa.
En: The polling place was full of neighbors, some holding a rose, others with a hopeful smile for the celebration.

Ca: Núria estava a la cua, esperant el seu torn per votar.
En: Núria was in line, waiting for her turn to vote.

Ca: Era una noia jove i dinàmica, plena d'esperança pel canvi positiu que, segons ella, els vots podien generar.

Ca: Per a ella, cada vot comptava, i volia que tothom ho percebés així.

Ca: Feia temps que no venia a votar, però alguna cosa el va motivar a fer-ho aquest any.

Ca: Mentre esperaven, Núria va decidir trencar el silenci.

Ca: "Bon dia", va dir amb un somriure.

Ca: "És un gran dia per votar. Creus que tindrà impacte avui?"

Ca: Pau va somriure, una mica escèptic.
En: Pau smiled, a bit skeptically.

Ca: "Bones. No ho sé... potser", va respondre, juganer.
En: "Hi. I don't know... maybe," he replied, playfully.

Ca: "Sempre sembla que votem, però res canvia."
En: "It always seems like we vote, but nothing changes."

Ca: Núria va mantenir el seu somriure, però dins seu sentia el repte de Pau.
En: Núria kept her smile, but inside she felt challenged by Pau.

Ca: Per a ella, era important fer-li veure que tot esforç valia la pena.
En: For her, it was important to make him see that every effort was worth it.

Ca: "Jo crec que cada petit esforç suma", va dir fermament.
En: "I believe that every small effort adds up," she said firmly.

Ca: "Una vegada una amiga meva va veure com un petit canvi a les eleccions millorava la vida d'un familiar seu."
En: "Once a friend of mine saw how a small change in the elections improved a family member's life."

Ca: A Pau li va cridar l'atenció la història de Núria.
En: Pau was intrigued by Núria's story.

Ca: "Com va ser això?", va preguntar, ara més interessat.
En: "How was that?" he asked, now more interested.

Ca: "El seu pare treballava a l'ajuntament", va explicar Núria.
En: "Her father worked at the town hall," explained Núria.

Ca: "Van votar per una proposta que millorava les condicions de treball dels empleats. Gra a gra, es va aconseguir."
En: "They voted for a proposal that improved the working conditions of the employees. Bit by bit, it was achieved."

Ca: Pau es va quedar pensatiu.
En: Pau was thoughtful.

Ca: Va recordar les vegades que s'havia sentit decebut, però la passió de Núria el va fer reconsiderar.

Ca: Potser, només potser, valia la pena.

Ca: Van sortir del centre cívic junts, compartint idees, somriures i nous propòsits.

Ca: Aquell dia de Sant Josep no només havien votat; havien iniciat una nova complicitat, portant amb ells un raig d'esperança i comprensió.
