If you're not pushed to your edge, you won't ever grow, so even when things get hard or uncomfortable, you try to trust yourself and show gratitude for the blessings you do have.

In an attempt to heal those wounds, I open up about the darkness of my past and try to uncover, analyze and overcome the feelings of shame and guilt hidden in my childhood. Throughout I provide detailed examples of how certain experiences have made me someone who can't trust love and why I yearn so deeply from acceptance from others.

I also discuss why a rampant desire for intimacy with multiple partners could be a potential addiction that needs a deeper look.
