It is so fun getting both perspectives when talking to someone about their business and life. His new book, Get Out Of Your Own Way, is all about finding a path to growth and fulfillment when you may be skeptical about the practicality of it. We dive deep into how growth leads to discomfort, getting familiar with failure, and growing along with your partner.

When I was trying to get my message out in the world, I felt like I wasn’t being seen by people. I kept waiting to be chosen by someone — fitness magazine editors, publishers, or influencers — and what I didn’t realize is that I wasn’t making myself as visible to get that recognition myself. You need to stand up for yourself and take accountability for making yourself heard. What are you doing to be visible?
