With 68% of eCommerce shopping carts being abandoned on a regular basis, it's pretty important that we have a plan in place for how to bring them back.
My favorite way? Hands-down, email marketing. But not all emails are created equal. In this episode, I'm sharing the #1 thing you'll want to include in your abandonment emails to help your customer make a buying decision and save more of those abandoned carts.
Sending 1-3 emails on any given week in your eCommerce business is a great place to start to be consistent with your subscribers and generate repeat sales. But what about when you're running a sale? Is sticking to your regular sending schedule enough?
The short answer is no. Anytime you have something special going on in your business like a sale or promotion you're going to want to increase the number of emails you send to your audience to make sure you get as many eyes on that promotion as possible.
Tune into this week's BIZ BITE episode to hear a sample email sending schedule for your next big promotion + some tips and tricks to make the most out of this strategy.
