Episode 15 takes me to Simply Rocks where I sit down with my lifelong friend Stefan Grunkemeier. Stefan has one of the most unique outlooks on life of anyone I know. Stefan is an amazing athlete, martial artist, father, husband and businessman; yet most impressive about Stefan is his ability to use every opportunity to grow as a person. I’ve often said Stefan is one of the most balanced people I know, finding success across a wide spectrum of life’s challenges.
