In Episode 215 I sit down with Sean McCormick to recap how the 5-day dry fast affected us both during and afterwards. We discuss in detail what the experience entailed and how we’ve felt in the days following, after reintroducing food and water. Again, the process of dry fasting is to abstain 100% from both foods and fluids.
