His discipline, flawless technique, and approach to martial arts have taken him to the absolute pinnacle of competition—and he's showing no signs of slowing down. Beyond being an elite competitor, Rafael is also an incredible teacher and human being, and it was an honor to sit down with him for this conversation.

We worked around Rafael's busy schedule and had about 80 minutes to record, but there's no doubt this is just part one—we'll definitely be doing a follow-up.
