De: Anneliese saß im Auto und schaute aus dem Fenster.
En: Anneliese sat in the car and looked out the window.

En: They hurriedly packed up and ran under the protective branches of the mighty trees.

En: Their picnic had descended into chaos, and water ran over their faces and clothes.

De: Anneliese brach in Gelächter aus.
En: Anneliese burst into laughter.
