I don’t know about you, but I am so ready for a cute, fun summer full of Black women doing cool shit. So I’m very excited to say that it is our theme for the month of June! Throughout this month, I’ll be inviting some of the content creators I’m most inspired by to talk with us about what they’re up to — starting with the phenomenal Ashley Menzies Babatunde.

Ashley is a celebrated attorney and host of The No Straight Path Podcast, a podcast aimed at exploring the human stories behind success. She is also a career and life coach, helping folks navigate their careers using alignment and self-awareness practices as a guide.

Together, we talk about Ashley’s own winding path to where she is now, her struggles with setbacks, and why she’s on a sabbatical from law… for now. This discussion is full of wisdom, insight, and perspective that helps us consider the long-haul and realize that a few setbacks might not be so bad.
