Today, I am sitting down with Sarah Nicole from @thebirdspapaya to do another call-in show! I love that these episodes allow us to connect in a deeper way, because sometimes social media isn’t enough.  Our questions ranged from topics like accepting our past, re-branding mental health, staying authentic, and finding the balance in body positivity. We also answer some questions relating to addictions, eating disorders, and dealing with divorce and separation.
