Sr: Свечери Божићне светлости украшавају древни град Сплит.
En: Christmas lights adorn the ancient city of Split during the evenings.

Sr: Људи корачају уличицама од камена око Диоклецијанове палате, разменујући осмехе и песме уз мирис куваног вина и дима са уличних штандова.
En: People stroll through the stone alleyways around Diocletian's Palace, exchanging smiles and songs amidst the scent of mulled wine and smoke from street stalls.

Sr: Овај зимски празник доноси срећу и блиставе тренутке за многе.
En: This winter holiday brings happiness and sparkling moments for many.

Sr: Међутим, породица коју чине Марко, Јована и њихов син Ненад има задатак да пронађе еквилибријум између традиције и савременог живота.

Sr: Више би волео да проводи време са пријатељима преко интернета него да буде овде у Сплиту.
En: He preferred spending time with friends online rather than being in Split.

Sr: Њихова различита очекивања створила су напетост током фестивала.
En: Their different expectations created tension during the festival.

Sr: Док се породица спремала за вечерњу процесију уз свеће, Марко је insistirao да сви буду заједно.

En: The candlelight illuminated their faces as Nenad blurted out, "This isn't for me!"

Sr: " Аргументи су подигли тензију, а расправа их је све охладила.
En: Arguments raised the tension, and the discussion left them all cold.

Sr: Напетост у ваздуху могла се смаћи.
En: The tension in the air was palpable.

Sr: Јована је покушала да смири ситуацију.
En: Jovana tried to calm the situation.

Sr: "Морамо сви да увидимо шта је важно једном другом и пронађемо решење," рекла је пажљиво.
En: "We must all see what's important to each other and find a solution," she said carefully.

Sr: После кратке паузе, Марко је удисао дубоко и признао: "Можда сам претерао.
