In this Intuitive Flow Session, I dove into the topic of how to overcome impostor syndrome on your soul calling journey. Imposter syndrome often comes up when you are trying something new, and can be especially challenging when you are stepping into your purpose. Even though this is a common fear, you don’t have to let it hold you back from following your dreams. It’s only when you let imposter syndrome take over that it slows you down or even stops you from stepping into your purpose and being of service to others.
When you are feeling imposter syndrome, your mind will question, “Who am I to do this?” It will also question if you ‘know enough’ and try to convince you that ‘you’re not ready’. These discouraging voices make it very easy to slip into self-sabotage and believe the made-up story your mind has created.
In this episode, I walk you through some powerful affirmations for overcoming imposter syndrome, as well as my five-step process that will break old habits down from a mindset perspective, an energetic perspective, and a practical perspective. You’ll walk away with tangible tools that will shift this pattern in order for you to follow your path and claim your new identity.

Empowered Feminine Morning Ritual
In this conversation with Madelyn Moon, we discuss the three realms of becoming an Artist Of Love: in your own life, in your relationships, and with your work in the world. Madelyn takes us through the four main feminine archetypes and how we can start a practice of using these to become an Artist Of Love.
We explore how all four of these archetypes exist within everyone, which Madelyn demonstrates with well-known examples of characters from film and TV. In these examples, she outlines the qualities they possess, the patterns that show up with each archetype, and how we can harness and embody them through ceremony.
Once we have mastered bringing this into our own life, Madelyn shares how we can activate our internal compass to infuse it into relationships and our creative expression. Art is a tangible way to process through play, give space to the unraveling, and be in service of the woman you are becoming.
Madelyn discovered the Artist of Love method by processing her own grief through comedy and sharing it online. It has since become the foundation for her work as a Feminine Leadership and Intimacy Teacher.
Listen to discover who your main archetype is and how you can use her to disrupt the pattern of the mundane in your life and replace it with art.

This week, Sarah Jenks joins me for a special Valentine’s Day episode to discuss the new paradigm of conscious relationships. In our conversation, Sarah reveals eye-opening realizations from her own marriage and the meaningful work she’s integrated into her daily life in order to reshape the outcome of her relationship.
If your partnership feels stagnant, you and your partner are growing in different directions, or the balance of shared responsibility feels off, you might need to bring alignment back into your relationship. Recognizing when this is happening can be challenging, especially when it is so easy to fall into patriarchal norms.
Sarah gives listeners insight into what they should be looking out for in their own relationships, and offers tools and tips on how to navigate these checkpoints as they come up. This episode will teach you how to declare what you are willing to accept, even if that means your partner is not on board.
The changes both she and her husband had to make became the building blocks for the program they co-created called Modern Marriage. Through this program, they teach other couples how to improve the quality of their relationship and create a rich, equal partnership.
Whether you are single or in a relationship, there is always inner work to be done, so listen to this episode to learn how to make sure you are showing up as your full self and in your power in your romantic relationships.

Human Design specialist Krystal Woods joins me on this episode to explore how we can use our Human Design charts to understand more about our behaviors, thoughts, and shadows.
In our conversion, we use my chart as a base for seeing how the same energy can be expressed differently. Doing shadow work through the lens of Human Design is an incredibly potent tool because we can see where our power is and control how we use it in a positive or negative way.
We also discuss why being out of alignment is actually a good thing and how we can use those experiences to shift in a direction that serves us. As business owners, it’s so important to work with all of the energy that's available to us in order to grow and make empowered decisions. Krystal highlights some of the practices that support her in this process, including tapping and using her Human Design authority to guide her choices.

BEQOMING: Everything You Didn't Know You Wanted by Azrya and Benjamin Bequer was one of the most profound books that I read last year, and I recently sat down with the authors to peel back some of the layers and themes of their story.
Azrya and Benjamin are co-stewards of BEQOMING, a platform dedicated to providing the future stewards of society with the emotional intelligence tools to elevate humanity and co-create a more beautiful world.
In our conversation, we discuss the liberation that comes from embracing the full spectrum of aliveness, including death. They describe the rock-bottom moments that catapulted them onto the path of spiritual discovery and personal development. They also highlight how plant medicine has played an integral role in their journey and explore some of the ways that Ayahuasca shows up as a teacher for them.
I ask Azrya and Benjamin how they made the shift into divine union and they pull back the curtain on the erotic all-in moment they experienced at the beginning of their relationship. Plus, we talk about how to surrender to ‘choiceless choices’ and follow the path that your soul is guiding you on.

To celebrate the three-year anniversary of the show, I’m sharing the origin story of the Feminine Codes, what these six principles mean to me, and why I’m so passionate about starting the year off with this framework.
When I discovered how to reconnect with my feminine energy, it was the most liberating and vibrant experience of my life. I unlocked new levels of awareness and gained a deeper understanding of my true self. Through that journey, I created a series of workshops called The Feminine Codes, which cover the six key elements of feminine embodiment.
In this episode, I describe each code and give an overview of what they represent. I share some practices that have been supportive on my journey and different tools that we explore in the course. I also highlight why it’s so important to break out of the masculine paradigm and start operating in alignment with your feminine essence.
