I’m joined by digital creator and author Davina Manuel to discuss her experience with breast implant illness and the transformative year she’s had since getting her implants removed. Davina describes how her explant journey has created a deeper sense of gratitude for her body’s inner-wisdom and overall health. In our conversation, she highlights the importance of taking yourself off autopilot and really tuning into what feels authentic to you.
Part of that process for Davina has included setting and upholding boundaries, particularly when she knows she needs to rest. She explains how saying ‘no’ to things outside of her bliss has meant that she’s able to say ‘yes’ to herself and her family. Because she’s not operating from a place of burnout or scarcity, she’s created more space for magic and abundance.
We also cover tangible ways to find a sustainable flow between the masculine and the feminine. We share ways that we like to drop in and reset, even if it’s only for a few minutes each day. Plus, we touch on topics like conscious parenting and intuitive movement.

One of the aspects that lights me up most about my career is that I get to witness and guide women through beautiful transformations. In this episode, I’m joined by Jennifer to discuss her experience during the six-month Empowered and Embodied Journey. She describes what it was like to connect with her soul essence through embodied movement and highlights the shifts that happened within herself and her career since embarking on this path.
Embodiment is this deeper layer that can be used to unlock new versions of expression and confidence. Jennifer shares what it felt like to go through embodied release and really deconstruct the loop she felt stuck in. After numbing her feelings for so many years, she was able to feel the entire range of emotions and detach from limiting belief patterns.
By accessing your emotions, it gives you space to show up authentically for your community and be more connected to your mission. This concept has had a major ripple effect on Jennifer’s business and helped her show up online in a more powerful, effective way. It’s also created a flow of money miracles and revealed opportunities for a level of income that Jennifer didn’t even know was possible before her embodiment journey.

Following my soul’s calling has led me down a beautiful, non-linear path of self-discovery. On today’s episode, I dive into what has helped me expand my vision for what’s possible and explore the intersection of my business and spiritual journeys.
After working with a nutritionist to heal the health struggles that I was facing in college, I knew that I wanted to support others to do the same. But, so many challenging emotions started to pop up when I tried to launch my own business. I had to dig into my fears, insecurities, and shadows in order to really move forward and be successful.
I was working with a business coach at the time, but it wasn’t until I discovered masculine and feminine dynamics that I started to take a more holistic approach to wellness and business. Once I incorporated embodiment work into my life and started surrounding myself with inspiring, supportive women, my business completely shifted. I’ve discovered more ease, flow, and abundance in all areas of my life because of this inner work.
Tune in to hear more about my 10-year soul calling journey and learn some of the tools that have made major impacts on my life and business.

In this episode, I’m joined by relationship coach and entrepreneur Stefanos Sifandos to discuss cultivating deep intimacy, interrupting toxic patterns, and holding space for healing.
I worked with Stephanie Pereira Lima in Empowered and Embodied, my six-month group coaching program, and also as a VIP one-on-one client. I witnessed firsthand the immense softening and healing that Stephanie has gone through, and I’m so excited to share our conversation on how her life has changed since coming out of the spiritual closet and awakening her soul calling.
I meet so many women who’s external reality doesn't reflect their spiritual curiosity. Their career and energy is often very contradictory to who they really are and what feels true for them. Stephanie came to me at the height of her Wall Street career in search of support around embracing her feminine energy and leaning into the unknown.
Stephanie opens up about what it was like for her to show up in her raw emotions and share some of the messiness that was happening in her personal life at the time. She describes her experience with surrendering and allowing herself to be seen and held by our community. I highlight how we can start to step into our Queen archetype by encouraging the parts of ourselves that feel afraid to come to the surface and work on reprogramming our belief systems.
Stephanie highlights the changes she’s noticed in her physical health, relationships, and business since dropping into her feminine. She also explains how her dynamic with money has improved and articulates what had to shift for her in order to take the leap and start her own business.
Listen in to hear more about what's possible when you’re really devoted to doing the inner work and stepping into a feminine transformation.

In our conversation, Adil describes his journey with patriarchal programming and becoming more connected to his truth. He talks about the freedom that he discovered after really shifting out of boyhood and making peace with his past. Part of that work has happened in places like men’s circles, and Adil and I talk about the deeper layer of transformation that can happen when you’re witnessed by others in group settings.
We also discuss masculine-feminine polarity and ways to achieve harmony between the two forces. In the realm of polarity in romantic relationships, we talk about the importance of giving men the space to connect with their feminine without emasculating them. Confidence is about believing in yourself, but self-doubt can often get in the way of boldly creating the life that you want. In today’s intuitive flow, I tune into the essence of self-doubt and share ways to shift into the highest version of yourself.
When I started to change my relationship with self-doubt and feel more confident, my frequency elevated and I became a lot more magnetic. The first step was understanding how the mind uses self-doubt as a defense mechanism. Instead of judging myself, I became more aware of my patterns and tapped into the beliefs that were fueling my inner-critic.
Once I learned how to reprogram my subconscious belief systems, I was able to cultivate new thought patterns that aligned with the person I wanted to become. In addition to all the mindset work, my feminine movement and embodiment practice truly helped me step into my confidence.
Listen to today’s episode to learn more about how to become a more confident, embodied woman. If you want to dive deeper into these concepts, join me in my upcoming 2-day live event, the EMERGE Experience.

Your period is a sacred and integral part of your overall health, but it’s often seen as an unfortunate part of the feminine experience. I’m joined by Dr. Brittney Ellers, a physical therapist and pelvic healthcare expert, to discuss how to get more connected to your cycle, tools for guiding yourself off hormonal birth control, and the importance of body literacy.
Brittney breaks down what happens energetically and physically during the follicular, ovulatory, luteal, and menstruation phases of the 28-day cycle. She shares tips for how to optimize your movement practice, food choices, and income-generating activities for each phase. She also explains the first steps someone should take if they want to experiment with non-hormonal birth control methods, like fertility awareness.
We also dive into the mind-body connection, particularly through the lens of pelvic health. Brittney and I explore the empowering nature of holistic treatment plans and talk about what our pelvic and reproductive health healing journeys have looked like. Plus, we touch on ways to overcome sexual shame and cultivate a self-pleasure practice.
