I’m joined by Justin Patrick Pierce, an author, mentor and spiritual intimacy teacher. He is the founder of Sacred, a Los Angeles-based collective of spiritual teachers, coaches and practitioners of the sacred arts. Along with his life partner Londin Angel Winters, he co-author the Amazon best-selling book, The Awakened Women’s Guide to Everlasting Love, and leads transformative retreats.
I’m joined by Kat Horrocks, a Certified Mindset & Manifestation Coach and Founder of Put Yourself First, a podcast and community dedicated to empowering women worldwide to put themselves first and manifest a life even better than their vision board. Kat believes that when women prioritize themselves, everything else starts to fall into place. We unpack what it really means to put yourself first, why it’s so important, and tools to start living your truth.
I’m joined by Mel Wells, a best-selling Hay House author, global speaker, and leading coach with almost a decade of experience helping women to step into their full expression of feminine power. For three years, Mel has been studying the Jungian feminine archetypes and integrating the wisdom of this knowledge into her business, personal life, and relationships. In today’s episode, we explore what these archetypes are and how to embody their powerful energy.
When you’re living in alignment with your truth, there’s no longer an inner contradiction between who you’re currently being and who you know you are deep down inside. In my own journey of overcoming the conditioning that I was taught growing up about being a ‘good girl’ and doing the right things, I’ve realized that the key to being your authentic self is unlocking your feminine power.
I’m joined by speaker, retreat leader, writer, and podcast host Kristine Carlson. She’s the co-author with her late husband, Dr. Richard Carlson, of the New York Times bestselling Don't Sweat the Small Stuff books and author of Heartbroken Open: A True Story of Coming Alive Again After Profound Loss.
Kristine shares wisdom about the transformation she’s gone through in the aftermath of unexpectedly losing her husband. She describes what it was like for her to work through the shock of suddenly losing her soulmate and becoming a single mother.
By relying on her spiritual toolkit, Kristine dove deeper into the psychological connection with her emotional body and became the hero of her own journey. She discovered that Richard’s death wasn’t an ending, but rather an invitation to join him in the spiritual world. Part of that process involved transformative retreats, which inspired her to create her signature ‘What Now?’ weekend experience. We round out our conversation by discussing the power of women healing in community and leaning into the sisterhood connection.

I’m joined by Sabi Kerr, a self-love coach, feminine embodiment guide, and leadership mentor. In this conversation, we dive into what inspired her to infuse pleasure and embodiment into her business and relationships, and what the catalyst was for her to start exploring her sensuality and body in a whole new way.
There's something about a woman moving her body that brings her back to her natural essence in a way that talking and writing doesn’t, which is why Sabi incorporates movement into her innovative coaching style. We discuss how to access the deeper wisdom that the body has and what it looks like for a woman to come back home to her body and receive more pleasure.
We touch on the duality of being able to experience both pain and pleasure, and Sabi shares her top tools for moving through the full spectrum of emotions. It takes an enormous amount of strength to choose feeling over numbing, but the growth on the other side of that is unmatched. Listen in to hear our conversation on all things pleasure, embodiment, and business.

In today’s episode, I explore how to cultivate and call in deeper connections with women. Growing up, I experienced deep sisterhood wounds. I felt left out, judged, and generally didn’t fit in with the other girls at school. It wasn’t until after my divorce that I realized if I really wanted to have genuine female friendships, then I had to become the most authentic version of myself.
I started to lead with vulnerability and put myself into sacred spaces with other like-minded women, which has resulted in incredibly healing and nourishing friendships.
It takes a lot of courage and inner work to get yourself into those environments, but I share some tools that have helped me meet more aligned women. I dive into how to overcome the fear that many of us face before attending events and programs, and ways to interact with people that aren’t centered around alcohol. Friendships require you to show up and engage fully, and they also take time to fully blossom. Listen to today’s episode to hear my reflections on planting those seeds of friendship and helping them grow.

I’m joined by Natalia Krätsmar-Šmogrovičová, a mindset coach who specializes in eating disorders, binge eating, and emotional eating recovery. Natalia opens up about her 10-year battle with bulimia and her mission to help others recover, find food freedom, and live authentically. We discuss the mental, emotional, and physical consequences of eating disorders, and Natalia shares how she eventually confronted the root causes of her bulimia and embarked on her healing journey.
Eating disorders tend to be rooted in masculine energy where there's a desire to look a certain way, prove your worth, and sprint without taking breaks. Recovering from an eating disorder requires us to tune into our feminine energy, connect with our heart, and embrace rest. One of the ways that Natalia has been able to recover is by leaning into intuitive eating. We talk about the principles and philosophy behind intuitive eating and debunk some common misconceptions about the practice.
Eating disorder recovery is a lifelong process. Natalia touches on the work that she’s done to restore her hunger and fullness cues and reconnect with food that makes her feel good. She also highlights her tips for how someone can get started on their recovery journey and come back to their body.
Regardless of whether you struggle with an eating disorder, or if you just want to create a healthier relationship with food and your body, this episode has plenty of wisdom to offer!

One of the most transformative practices that she does is make decisions based on the future version of herself, and she talks about the tools that help her connect with that limitless iteration. She breaks down the ancient rituals that upgrade her ability to hold more money and see herself as a leader and entrepreneur.

I’m joined by Jenna, one of my former private mentorship clients, to discuss the transformation that's happened in her life since working together. Prior to coaching, she had already been working with therapists, overcame an eating disorder, and embarked on a lot of inner work. Yet, there was still another layer of healing and growth that she was craving.
Jenna describes her struggles with anxious-attachment in her relationship and her desire for deeper, more meaningful friendships. In our sessions, we worked to heal her inner child and build more internal confidence, which not only diminished her anxiety, but also gave her a sense of empowerment. Jenna notes that one of the main differences between therapy and coaching is that I provided a much more hands-on approach and gave her tangible tools that she could implement immediately.
It gives me chills to see the progress that Jenna has made in the short time that we worked together. She feels more connected in her romantic relationship, has called in authentic female friendships, and received a raise at work. Listen in to hear Jenna’s reflections about one-on-one coaching and how that experience has changed her life.
