I’m joined by three beautiful women who have gone through the Empowered and Embodied Journey, which was a six month group coaching program and retreat that took place earlier this year. Steph, Lindsay, Astrid and I have a dynamic conversation around what embodiment means to them and what has it taken to step into their confidence and get clarity on their purpose.
In our time together, we went through a lot of different processes around polarity in business, life, and relationships. We took a multi-faceted approach to pleasure and awakening sensuality, and did a deep dive on soul alignment, abundance mindset, spiritual practices, and feminine leadership. Steph, Lindsay, Astrid illustrate powerful breakthrough moments that they’ve had around self-acceptance and personal liberation and talk about the ripple effect that those experiences have had in their lives.
On this inner-journey of expansion and stepping out of your comfort zone, it’s inevitable that certain mindset blocks and fears come up along the way. As a group, we discuss what it was like to overcome feelings like shame, imposter syndrome, and grief, and the role that having a supportive group played in processing those emotions.
At the end of our conversation, everyone gives some insight of where they’re at now on the other side of Empowered and Embodied. They’ve all stepped into their own flow and are accomplishing amazing things in their careers, relationships, and beyond. They also share intuitive wisdom for any woman who is desiring to step into her soul calling and embody her authentic self.

I’m joined by Hannah Koenig, wealth strategist and business mentor, to discuss practical tools for breaking the cycle of scarcity and becoming an empowered wealth creator. In this powerful conversation, Hannah talks about closing the ‘wealth gap’ for women and minorities and highlights the path to managing your finances and building wealth.
In our conversation, Hannah illuminates the unconscious financial narratives that hold so many of us back. For example, narratives such as ‘it’s rude to talk about money’ or ‘if only you worked harder you would make more money’ are at the root of why so many women struggle to manage their finances and feel overwhelmed by debt.
In order to dissolve the shame around money, we need to have more candid conversations about it. Hannah recommends getting super clear on your financial vision and surrounding yourself with people who are excited to grow with you. Listen in to learn more about how you can get started with improving your financial literacy and stepping into a more abundant version of yourself.

I’m joined by Brianna Rose, an industry-leading Kundalini Business Expert, to discuss everything from carving your own path, embracing feminine leadership, and cultivating community.
Brianna created her own form of feminine-led Kundalini yoga that explores how to unravel this energy in a really sacred way, instead of forcing it to show up. In our conversation, she highlights how this process has helped her honor her truth and resist rigid systems.
Brianna’s version of Kundalini yoga informs her approach to business and her signature coaching program. She discovered that strategy and action come more naturally when you do the embodiment, energy, and self-discovery work first. Brianna breaks down her strategy for moving energy through the channels and explains the importance of being able to do that, especially as a business owner.
We also touch on creating and being in communities in the context of business. Brianna shares tangible ways to build community and tools for understanding what type of facilitator you are. Plus, we dig into why having a sisterhood or support system is crucial for business owners.

I’m joined by my soul sister and fellow embodiment coach Sam Altieri to discuss what happens when a woman allows herself to experience life and be completely unapologetic about it. We talk about the deep work that we’ve both done around relating to our emotions and how that’s allowed us to access states of pleasure, confidence, and empowerment.
Sam and I are all about bridging the gap between how we show up online versus in real life. The more that you step into your authentic self and reveal who you are, the easier it is to find your tribe and align yourself with the right people. In showing your full human experience to other people, you can build a community and safely share your low moments with them.
Part of that process involves dissolving the shame that we feel around challenges and failure. Sam digs into her how she’s had to confront her relationship with external measures of success, specially money, over the past year. I open up about how I’ve been navigating the void of yearning and desire for divine union. We touch on how important it is to go inward and find lessons within these situations and make space for growth.

I believe that there’s a wild, primal, sexual power inside every single woman that’s waiting to be discovered. On today’s episode, I break down the consequences of the ‘good girl’ programming, explore the wild woman archetype, and share ways to step into this embodied, powerful side of you.
It requires a lot of courage to take off the veil of being an even-keeled, conventionally pretty, and agreeable woman. I’ve been reflecting on what my life looked like when I was a people-pleaser and ferociously hid parts of my spiritual and sexual self. I was so enmeshed in patriarchal programming and feared the chaos that lived inside me. All of that changed when I discovered my embodiment practice.
It’s amazing what happens when you learn how to harness your power in a way that's respectful to yourself and express who you truly are. In this intuitive flow, I share how you can integrate your wild woman into every part of your life and highlight how I’ve seen women transform their lives after embodying this archetype. Plus, I share a few steps for how to unleash your inner wild woman, including an upcoming offering that I have for women who are ready to tap into this more wild, embodied self

What happens when you take away all the distractions and walk away from the labels that you identify yourself with? For Tanja Hirsch, she accessed deeper layers of healing and realized what her true calling is: to see the light in people when they can’t see it in themselves. On today’s episode, we discuss embodied coaching, somatic healing, and finding safety in your own body.
As a healing and embodiment coach, Tanja went through a huge ego death and initiation in both her career and personal life this year. She was called deeper into her own work in order to be a vessel for healing. Tanja describes how she tuned into the push and pull of masculine and feminine energy during her recent self-discovery journey.
Part of that experience included really leaning into loneliness and other hard-to-feel emotions, and she shares some of the tools that supported her on that journey. She walks us through her process of working with her body to heal her pain and discover what was blocking her from abundance.

When I first met Bethany, she was feeling isolated, lost, and caught up in the rollercoaster of having three kids in five years. She found my podcast and tried out some self-help books, but eventually realized that private mentorship was the next step to really getting out of the dark space that she was in. While working together, we were able to identify the burnout that Bethany was experiencing and discover what she needed in order to show up as her best version for herself and her family.
I’m joined by Bee Ngassa, the founder of Bee Wholly Living, a lifestyle consultancy rooted in nutrition, fitness, business management, and Human Design.
My soul sister Chelsea Adair and I are back together to discuss what it’s been like exploring the conscious dating world. We’ve both been on a journey of deep intimacy and surrender embodiment, and we’re celebrating the openness that we’re able to share around that process.
Chelsea and I describe what it looks like to make decisions regarding your sexuality that come from a place of choice, truth, and connection to yourself. It takes a lot of courage and trust to break through the societal shame associated with clear communication and physical intimacy, but we talk about the rewards that we’ve experienced from setting intentions and boundaries with our lovers.
We get into what we’ve noticed in our sex lives now that we’re feeling more embodied in our own sensuality and pleasure. For Chelsea, part of that has been getting to a place of surrender and redefining her relationship with masculine energy. She shares how she’s been incorporating self-pleasure practices and domination and submission into her understanding of surrender.
Listen in to hear our conversation about being intentional with your sexual energy and getting clear on what's possible when it comes to divine union.

On today’s intuitive flow, I’m sharing examples from my romantic and professional life where I’ve pivoted and opened up my energy field in order to become a match for what I’m currently desiring. I’ve been working on tuning into what’s feeling good, inspiring, and truly lighting me up.
I’m committed to letting go of mediocrity in order to make space for exactly what my soul craves, which I realize takes a lot of trust and courage, but I promise that the universe always lights the way. I’ve noticed that the hardest part for so many of us in the manifestation process is releasing whatever’s out of alignment with the frequency of what we want to attract.
Taking a critical look at your relationships, career, and physical environment can be uncomfortable, but it’s important to be honest with yourself about what’s making you feel heavy. Plus, in my experience, there comes a point where the pain of staying where you're at and being inauthentic to yourself becomes greater than the fear of taking a leap forward.
Join me on today’s episode to hear more about my interpretation of the law of attraction and reflect on how I’ve seen it play out in my life recently.
