Ca: La primavera havia arribat a la ciutat, i l'oficina resplendia amb la llum clara que entrava per les finestres grans.
En: Spring had arrived in the city, and the office gleamed with the clear light streaming through the large windows.

Ca: Les plantes als escriptoris estaven més verdes que mai, i el perfum lleuger de les flors del carrer s'escolava dins.
En: The plants on the desks were greener than ever, and the light scent of flowers from the street wafted in.

Ca: Era un dia especial per a Núria.
En: It was a special day for Núria.

Ca: Avui, tenia la seva revisió anual de rendiment amb Pau, el seu encarregat.
En: Today, she had her annual performance review with Pau, her supervisor.

Ca: Núria havia estat treballant intensament.
En: Núria had been working intensely.

Ca: Volia demostrar que era capaç i mereixia un ascens.
En: She wanted to prove that she was capable and deserved a promotion.

Ca: "Hola, Núria.

Ca: Com et trobes avui?
En: How are you feeling today?"

Ca: ""Una mica nerviosa, per ser sincer," va admetre Núria, un somriure tènue als llavis.
En: "A bit nervous, to be honest," Núria admitted, a faint smile on her lips.

Ca: "Tranquil·la, només parlarem del que has aconseguit i del que podem millorar.
En: "Relax, we're just going to discuss what you've accomplished and what we can improve."

Ca: " Pau la va convidar a seure.
En: Pau invited her to sit.

Ca: Van parlar dels seus èxits: projectes completats, objectius assolits.
En: They talked about her achievements: completed projects, goals reached.

Ca: Pau va felicitar a Núria pel seu compromís, però també li va preguntar sobre el seu benestar.
En: Pau congratulated Núria on her commitment but also asked about her well-being.

Ca: "Com et sents realment, Núria?
En: "How do you really feel, Núria?"

Ca: "Núria es va endurir en el seient.
En: Núria stiffened in her seat.

Ca: Aquí estava el moment de la veritat, el punt culminant de la reunió.

Ca: Podia seguir insistint en els seus èxits o ser sincera.

Ca: "Pau va assentir comprensivament.
En: Pau nodded understandingly.

Ca: "Això és normal, i estic contenta que ho comparteixis amb mi.
En: "That's normal, and I'm glad you're sharing this with me.

Ca: T'he observat, i crec que podem treballar junts en això.
En: I've been watching you, and I think we can work on this together."

Ca: "Aquella frase va ser un alleujament per a Núria.
En: That sentence was a relief for Núria.

Ca: Pau va proposar una mena de mentoria.
En: Pau proposed a kind of mentorship.

Ca: "Puc ajudar-te a trobar un equilibri, guiar-te en com gestionar les teves tasques sense deixar que afectin massa el teu dia a dia.
En: "I can help you find a balance, guide you in how to manage your tasks without letting them affect your daily life too much."

Ca: "Núria va assentir, sentint una nova energia dins d'ella mateixa.
En: Núria nodded, feeling a new energy within her.

Ca: Aquest era el canvi que necessitava.
En: This was the change she needed.

Ca: Aprendria a equilibrar l'ambició amb el benestar personal, i aquest pas la prepararia millor per un futur encara més prometedor.
