    Story Transcript:

Hu: Szombat kora délután volt, apró bodzafehér felhők játszadoztak a tűző nyári kék égen.
En: It was early Saturday afternoon, small elderflower-white clouds frolicking in the blazing summer blue sky.

Hu: Budapest szerelmes külvárosának egyik csendes sarkában, egy hagyományos magyar lakodalom készülődött.
En: In a quiet corner of Budapest's loveable suburb, a traditional Hungarian wedding was unfolding.

Hu: Az esemény főszereplői Balázs és Petra voltak, két fiatal, akik a mai napon kötötték életüket össze.
En: The main characters of the event were Balázs and Petra, two young individuals who were joining their lives together on this day.

Hu: Balázs reszkető ajkakkal igyekezett feltenni a fekete nyakkendőt a tükrön figyelő tükröződésének, miközben Petrában a boldogság és izgalom szikráit hordozta kék szemében.
En: With trembling lips, Balázs struggled to fasten his black tie, observing his reflection in the mirror, while Petra's blue eyes carried the sparks of happiness and excitement.

Hu: Közben a vendégsereg poharaiban pattogott a lélekmelegítő pálinka, beszélgetések és nevetések zsongása töltötte be a teret.
En: Meanwhile, the warmth of pálinka bubbled in the guests' glasses, filling the space with chatter and laughter.

Hu: A társaság középpontjában ott állt a vigyorogva és magabiztosan beszélő vőfély, aki a ruhájáról és a cipőjéről is könnyedén lecsúszott minden gond és aggodalom.
En: At the center of the gathering stood the grinning and confidently-speaking best man, effortlessly shedding all worries and concerns about his attire and shoes.

Hu: Kezében tartott egy erős pálinkás poharat, melybe még a délelőtti fény is belebukott.
En: He held a strong pálinka glass, into which the morning light still dipped.

Hu: A ceremónia során a vőfély történeteket mesélt Balázsról és Petráról, megmagyarázta a hagyományok szépségét és értékét.
En: During the ceremony, the best man told stories about Balázs and Petra, explaining the beauty and value of traditions.

En: But in one moment, with a single unfortunate gesture, the entire mood turned upside down.

Hu: Ahogy folytatta a történetmesélést, hirtelen hevesen gesztikulált, és véletlenül ráöntötte a pohár tartalmát Petra fehér ruhájára.
En: As he continued narrating the story, he suddenly gestured fervently, accidentally spilling the contents of the glass onto Petra's white dress.

Hu: A levegőben megdermedt a hang, a vendégek szeme kikerekedett, és a vőfély arcán izzó pir csapott fel, központi alakból hirtelen az ifjú pár szemébe néző bohóccá vált.
En: The air froze, guests' eyes widened, and a blush of embarrassment flashed across the best man's face, transforming suddenly from the central figure to a clown facing the young couple.

Hu: Petra fehér ruhája azonban szikrázóan fényes maradt, a pálinka csupán egy sötétebb árnyékot hozott létre, mit egy véletlen virágmintának tévedhetett az arrajáró szem.
En: However, Petra's white dress remained brilliantly shining; the pálinka merely created a darker shadow, easily mistaken for a random floral pattern to onlookers.

Hu: Ezután a derű nevetésébe fordult át a meglepetés, a feszült csendet felváltotta a hahotázás, ami végigsöpört a szobán.
En: Then surprise turned into laughter, tense silence was replaced with uproarious laughter that swept through the room.

En: Even the best man chuckled, then turned to Balázs with a wide smile and simply said, "Well, would this also become a good tradition?".

En: Though the atmosphere shifted momentarily, the memories and laughter will linger, shimmering in their eyes for a long time.

Hu: A lakodalom folytatódott, a hiba emlékét lassan elnyelte az idő, de az nap végén a szívükben mind a négyen tudták, hogy a történetük sosem lesz felejthető.
En: The wedding continued, time slowly swallowing the memory of the mishap, yet at the end of the day, in their hearts all four knew that their story would never be forgotten.

En: Petra and Balázs' wedding was just as perfect and imperfect as the life they had begun sharing together on this day.

En: Turning towards Gergő, pointing to the bottom of the pálinka glass, he said, "Look, at the bottom, these few drops of pálinka represent the Hungarian language - delicate and pure.

Hu: Viszont összetett és nehéz megérteni.
En: However, it is intricate and difficult to understand.

En: Following his words, he took a bite of the street food he held in his hand.

En: Zsolt silently observed the situation, occasionally contributing to the conversation with a strange yet fitting example of our language, while enjoying the charm of the place.

En: On the other side, Eszter kindly nodded vivaciously to every explanation, sometimes supplementing it in simpler terms for the tourist to grasp easily.

En: The night came to an end, the tourist evaluated what he had just learned with a happy smile on his face.

En: Cheerfully, he headed home, this time spouting Hungarian words more confidently and fluently.

Hu: Gergő, Zsolt és Eszter a romkocsma ajtajában álltak, és mosolyogva búcsúztak tőle, a hajnal derengő fényeiben, miközben a háta mögött, az ország legcsodálatosabb városának fényei gyönyörködtették őket.

En: With the confused tourist gone, Gergő turned back into the mysterious, cool evening and addressed Eszter, "I hope we were able to help."

En: "It's not essential," Eszter replied with laughter, "but that he feels good and perceives the love of our country."

En: That day was a small but significant moment in the history of Budapest.

En: Gergely stood in the heart of Budapest, under the gradually darkening sky.

En: The cold rain beat into his face, his deep brown eyes, but Gergely didn't show any sign of his stern expression.

En: He focused on a task: he had to find the rhombus.

Hu: Iránytűje az elhíresült rombár felé mutatott, de a város egyre összezavaróbb utcái miatt a feladata szinte lehetetlennek tűnt.
En: His compass pointed towards the renowned rhombus, but due to the increasingly confusing streets of the city, his task seemed almost impossible.

Hu: Balra fordult a Váci utca sarkán, át a Deák tér szívében, felmászott a Gellért-hegyre, aztán végül ismét lefelé a történelmi utcákba.
En: He turned left at the corner of Váci Street, crossed through the heart of Deák Square, climbed up Gellért Hill, and finally descended back into the historical streets.

Hu: A város megannyi varázslatosan kusza utcái megfeleltek egy igazi labirintusnak, gondolta, miközben kiszemelt egy keskeny utcát, amely egyik irányba sem látszott véget érni.
En: The city's many magically tangled streets seemed like a true labyrinth, he thought, as he spotted a narrow street that seemed to stretch endlessly in either direction.

Hu: A Szabadság utca, olvasta az elhalványult, szürke kőbe vésett utcatáblán.
En: Szabadság Street, he read on the faded, gray stone street sign.

Hu: Az órák teltek, de a rombár egyre inkább elérhetetlennek tűnt.
En: Hours passed, but the rhombus seemed more and more out of reach.

    Hu: Gergely azonban kitartott.
    En: However, Gergely persisted.

Hu: Az útmutatót szorosan tartotta a kezében, a szemét sem vetette le róla.
En: He tightly held the guide in his hand, never taking his eyes off it.

En: Determination shone in his eyes, undeterred by the darkening sky and rain.

Hu: Egy órával később azonban a lábai már lankadtak, a szemei fáradtak, a feje zavarodott.
En: An hour later, his legs grew weary, his eyes tired, his mind muddled.

Hu: A megannyi utca, sikátor, tér összezavaró lett, egyre nagyobb volt a kísértés, hogy feladja.
En: The multitude of streets, alleys, and squares became disorienting, and the temptation to give up grew stronger.

Hu: De a tudat, hogy a rombár valahol ott van, elérhető közelségben, előre hajtotta.
En: But the knowledge that the rhombus was somewhere close by drove him forward.

Hu: Végül, egy véletlen fordulat folytán, egy rejtett ajtót talált egy eldugott, kopott épületen.
En: Finally, by a stroke of luck, he found a hidden door on a secluded, worn building.

    Hu: Megtalálta a rombárt.
    En: He found the rhombus.

En: After the arduous journey, success was sweet.

En: He thought he wouldn't find the rhombus, but he finally did.

En: Life is never easy, but for him, perseverance proved fruitful.

Hu: Gergely, boldog és kimerült, ledobta magát egy szabad székre, a terem hátuljában, ahol néma megkönnyebbüléssel pillantott a nyüzsgő, éneklő, nevető emberekre.
En: Gergely, happy and exhausted, collapsed onto a free chair at the back of the room, where he silently gazed at the bustling, singing, laughing people.

En: The journey was long, but entirely worth it.

Hu: A Budapest belvárosa kivetette rá a hálózatát, de sikerült kikerülnie.
En: The downtown of Budapest had thrown its network at him, but he managed to navigate around it.

En: With this thought, Gergely finally leaned back, savoring the comfort of having found what he was looking for after a long day.

Hu: De az idő nedves ajándéka, a délutáni eső eloszlatta a szürkeséget.
En: But the timely gift of rain in the afternoon dispersed the gloom.

Hu: Az esőicsek szerteszét fröccsentek, mint István kallódó gondolatai.
En: The raindrops splashed around like István's wandering thoughts.

Hu: Mégis, ahogy a nap fáradtan nyugovóra tért, István lassan ismerősöket fedezett fel a térképén.
En: However, as the tired sun set, István slowly recognized familiar places on his map.

Hu: A végén, a városházánál találta magát, ahova már oly sokszor el akart jutni.
En: In the end, he found himself at the city hall, where he had wanted to go so many times.

En: Triumphant, even if alone, his face beamed with happiness.

Hu: István fejjel lefelé is megtanulta, hogy Budapest utcáiban minden út a haza vezet.
En: István even learned upside down that in the streets of Budapest, every road leads home.

Hu: A város szíve ott dobban a térkép közepén, az emberi szívekkel együtt, akik életet adnak neki.
En: The heart of the city beats in the center of the map, along with the human hearts that give it life.

Hu: Azóta is megvan az a régi, elszíneződött térkép ott a hátizsákjában.
En: Since then, he still has that old, discolored map in his backpack.

Hu: A szíve pedig Budapest összes kacskaringós utcáját őrzi fejjel lefelé.
En: And his heart holds all the winding streets of Budapest upside down.

    Story Transcript:

Hu: István a Margit Híd lábánál állt. A Duna vize előtte csillogott, a hegyek a hátterében. Dorombolt a város. Sercegtek a hidak. Csörögtek a villamosok. István kissé zavart volt. Budapest egy örvénybe húzta. Most ért rá erre rájönni.
En: István stood at the foot of Margit Bridge. The Danube water shimmered before him, with the mountains in the background. The city hummed. The bridges creaked. The trams rattled. István was slightly puzzled. Budapest was pulling him into a vortex. It was just now dawning on him.

Hu: István szerette a meleget. Szerette a gőzt. A fürdőt. De Budapest, ó Budapest, a fürdő városa, túl sokat adott neki. Fénylő termálfürdő. Lilás és párnás. A rózsaszínes Király. A furmányos Rudas. Istanbuli emlékek. Két világ, egy Fürdő. Megzavart Istvánt.
En: István loved the warmth. He loved the steam. The baths. But Budapest, oh Budapest, the city of baths, had given him too much. Gleaming thermal baths. Purple and pillowy. The rose-colored Király. The ornate Rudas. Memories of Istanbul. Two worlds, one Bath. It unsettled István.

Hu: A Gellért felé vette az irányt. Kék kupolái olyan magasra nyúltak. Fel a napba. Halkan csak, de büszkén sütöttek. István a töltő állomás előtt megállt egy kicsit. Az utcán az a varázslatos budapesti hangyaforgalom. Emeletes buszok, mintha valami óriási mókuskerekben forogtak volna körbe-körbe, hiába. Hová menjen most? - töprengett István.
En: He headed towards Gellért. Its blue domes reached so high. Towards the sun. Quietly but proudly they shone. István stopped for a moment in front of the charging station. In the street, the magical Budapest traffic buzzed. Double-decker buses circled around as if in a giant merry-go-round, to no avail. Where should he go now?

En: A taxi pulled up. An elderly driver waved at him from the window. "Where to?" he asked. "To the baths," István replied, feeling it was too vague. The old taxi driver chuckled. "Which one interests you? The thermal, or the Turkish one?" he asked in a weathered voice.

Hu: István erre nem tudott válaszolni. Azt sem tudja most, melyiket akarja. Vonzzák a buborékok. A gőz. Az illat. De Budapest valamit rejteget, amitől nehéz szabadulni. A török fürdők csábító világa. Titkainak melegében gyökereznek gyógyforrásai. Az évszázadok pora játszik a sötét kertekben. Ahol az idő megszűnik.
En: István couldn't answer that. He didn't even know which one he wanted now. Bubbles attracted him. Steam. The scent. But Budapest held something that was hard to shake off. The enticing world of Turkish baths. Its healing springs rooted in the warmth of its secrets. The centuries' dust played in the dark gardens. Where time stood still.

Hu: Az öreg taxista ránézett a hátsó tükörben, és huncut mosollyal kérdezte: "Azt kérdem, István, melyik világot akarod érezni?" A kérdés furcsa, de valahogy jó volt. István ránézett a taxira, aztán az öreg sofőrre. Aztán Budapestre. Nagyot húzott a levegőből. "Mindkettőt akarom" - felelte végül, és elmosolyodott. "Akkor jöjj, van egy hely, ahol mindkettőhöz elvezethetlek" – felelte az öreg.
En: The old taxi driver looked at him through the rearview mirror and asked with a mischievous smile, "I ask you, István, which world do you want to experience?" The question was strange, but somehow good. István looked at the taxi, then at the old driver. Then at Budapest. He took a deep breath. "I want both," he finally answered, and smiled. "Then come, I have a place where I can take you to both," replied the old man.

En: István followed the advice of the old taxi driver. He didn't know exactly which bath to choose, but he knew that in the heart of Budapest, every choice was an adventure. He borrowed shrewdness from old age, bravery from youth, and entered the bathhouse.

Hu: Ahogy a gőzbe lett angyalelvetés: tudta, hogy jól döntött. Belenyugodott.
En: As the steam enveloped him, it was like an epiphany: he knew he had made the right choice. He resigned himself to it. That the old taxi driver was right: Budapest's baths couldn't be separated. Experiencing the healing power of thermal waters and the timeless peace of Turkish baths, he knew that this was the city of baths.

Nevetett. Aludt. Megértette. Őrizte Budapestet. Együtt a városával. A fürdőivel. Minden a helyén volt. Closet a sztori középpontjában. Minden kielégítő volt. Eső volt. Eső volt.
En: And so ended that magical day when István, bewildered but happily explored Budapest and the secret of the baths. That evening, István slept peacefully, his dreams filled with Budapest's baths. He laughed. Slept. Understood. He cherished Budapest. Together with his city. Its baths. Everything was in its place. The story came to a satisfying close. It was raining. It was raining.

Hu: István Budapest szívében állt, a Vörösmarty téren, a márvány Vigadó Palota háttérben villogó lámpáinak fénye mellett.
En: István stood in the heart of Budapest, in Vörösmarty Square, amidst the glowing lights of the marble Vigadó Palace in the background.

Hu: Emberek rohantak mellette, fújtatták a lehelletüket a hideg levegőbe, szorosan átölelve a kabátjaikat.
En: People rushed past him, blowing their breath into the cold air, tightly clutching their coats.

    Hu: István sem volt különb.
    En: István was no exception.

Hu: De ő ott maradt, a téren, sűrű sapkája alatt a boldogságtól csillogó szemekkel.
En: But he stayed there, in the square, under his thick hat, with eyes shining with happiness.

Hu: Megkapta a nagy lehetőséget, magyarázhatja a "palacsinta" fogalmát a külföldieknek.
En: He had been given a great opportunity, to explain the concept of "palacsinta" to foreigners.

Hu: Nem volt sem szakácsműsor házigazda, sem főszakács Michelin-csillagos étteremben, csak egy egyszerű férj, aki imádott palacsintát sütni a családjánakMég aznap előállt a tervével.
En: He wasn't a cooking show host or a Michelin-starred restaurant chef, just a simple husband who loved to make pancakes for his family.

Hu: Egy nagy sátor, tele édes, frissen sült palacsintával, Budapest szívében.
En: That same day he came up with his plan.

Hu: Szívesen látott mindenkit, aki meg akart tanulni palacsintát sütni.
En: A large tent filled with sweet, freshly baked pancakes in the heart of Budapest.

Hu: Most itt volt a nagy nap, a sátor állt, a tűzhelyek rozsdamentes acéljai csillogtak.
En: He welcomed anyone who wanted to learn how to make pancakes.

Hu: A külföldi látogatók érkeztek, számtalan nyelvből szóltak, kacagás szállt a téli levegőben.
En: Now was the big day, the tent was up, the stainless steel stoves were gleaming.

En: Foreign visitors arrived, speaking in a multitude of languages, with laughter filling the winter air.

Hu: Ez a mi történelmünk, a kötődésünk, a lelkünk.
En: István took the pan, swiftly pouring pancake batter into it with his nimble hands, as he spoke: "A pancake is not just a food.

Hu: Miközben a serpenyőben a tésztája lassan megbarnult, mesélt az óriástorta, a Hortobágyi palacsinta és a Gundel palacsinta történetéről.
En: It is our history, our connection, our soul."

Hu: A külföldiek hallgatták, a szemeikben csodálattal nézték, ahogy a palacsinta megfőtt, majd magasba emelkedett a levegőben, mielőtt István hazaérkezett egy precíz fordulással.
En: As the batter slowly browned in the pan, he told the stories of the giant cake, the Hortobágy pancake, and the Gundel pancake.

Hu: Aznap este a Vörösmarty téren rengeteg ember tanult meg palacsintát sütni Istvántól.
En: The foreigners listened, admiration in their eyes, as the pancake cooked, rose into the air, before István skillfully flipped it back home.

Hu: De megértették, hogy a palacsinta nemcsak tésztából, tejbol, tojásból áll.
En: That evening on Vörösmarty Square, many people learned how to make pancakes from István.

Hu: A palacsinta a magyar lelkület metaforája, a szeretet jelképe, a közösség édessége.
En: But they understood that a pancake is not just made of flour, milk, and eggs.

Hu: Amikor a nap lement, István boldogan tekintett körbe.
En: The pancake is a metaphor for the Hungarian spirit, a symbol of love, the sweetness of community.

Hu: A téren a külföldiek egymásnak mutatták be palacsinta-sütési technikáikat, nevetgélve nehezen fordítható vicceken, most már mind örök társai voltak a palacsinta sütés művészetének.
En: As the sun set, István looked around happily.

Hu: Ahogy a serpenyő melegétől piros kezével összeszorította a kabátja gallérját, István azon gondolkodott, hogyan tette a palacsinta mindenki számára érthetővé a család, a közösség és a szeretet fontosságát.
En: In the square, the foreigners were showing each other their pancake-making techniques, laughing at hard-to-translate jokes; they were now all eternal companions in the art of pancake making.

En: Clutching his coat collar against the warmth of the pan, István thought about how he had made the importance of family, community, and love understandable to everyone through pancakes.

Hu: Aztán csendesen ott hagyta a teret, egy időben azzal, ahogy a Havas utcai templom órája tízet ütött.
En: He felt that the opportunity was not just great for him, but for everyone he had taught.

Hu: A sötétben hazafelé sétálva, a Hold fényében tükröződő Duna felé pillantott.
En: Quietly leaving the square, just as the clock of the Havas Street church struck ten, he walked home in the darkness, glancing towards the Danube reflecting the moonlight.

En: A smile appeared on his face as he thought about what a good day it had been.

Hu: Palacsintán keresztül megismertette a világgal egy kis szeletet saját kultúrájából.
En: Through pancakes, he had introduced a small slice of his own culture to the world.

Hu: Gábor, Eszter és Csaba, késő esti órában találkoztak Budapesten. Céljuk: megtanítani egy külföldi barátjuknak a 'pálinka' fogalmát, anélkül, hogy átesnének a ló túloldalára.
En: Gábor, Eszter, and Csaba met in Budapest late in the evening. Their goal: to teach a foreign friend the concept of 'pálinka' without going overboard.

Hu: Gábor volt az első, aki felmutatta a kristálytiszta üveget, amiben a világító folyadék tükrözte a Duna fényeit. Eszter, magas, szőke lány, aki olyan elszántsággal tűzte ki projektjüket, mintha egy kincsvadászat lenne a tét. Csaba, Gábor életvidám barátja, aki mindig a humoros megoldásokat keresi, aki csakúgy gondolkodik: ha ez a küldetés sikerül, ez lesz a történelem legjobb estéje.
En: Gábor was the first to present the crystal-clear glass containing the illuminated liquid reflecting the lights of the Danube. Eszter, a tall, blonde girl, set out on their project with determination as if it were a treasure hunt. Csaba, Gábor’s lively friend who always seeks humorous solutions, thought, “If this mission succeeds, this will be the best night in history.”

En: The evening was cold, a mix of winter chill and excitement in the air. They entered a cozy little gastropub with music playing, and the atmosphere was warm and lively. The place was perfect for escaping from the usual daily routine. Sitting at the long oak table, Gábor brought out the first bottle, filled with plum pálinka.

En: "Pálinka," Gábor began, "is not just a drink. It embodies the Hungarian spirit, the essence of celebrations and togetherness."

En: Eszter interjected, "But be careful. Don’t be greedy. The goal is not drunkenness, but enjoyment."

Tonight, remember, it’s not about forgetting, but about learning."

En: They carefully explained the process of making pálinka, from the grapes to fermentation, distillation to consumption. As the night progressed, people in the room laughed, music played, but their foreign friend still looked puzzled in his chair.

Hu: Aztán valami változott. A külföldi barát lassan felismerte a pálinka szellemét.
En: Then something changed. The foreign friend slowly recognized the spirit of pálinka. He tasted the original fruit flavors and realized that pálinka is not just a drink. It is a new perspective, a different way of feeling, a reflection of the Hungarian outlook on life, tradition, and culture.

Hu: Az este végére pedig, a külföldi barátuk is megértette a 'pálinka' fogalmat. Az eufória, a megkönnyebbülés a levegőben volt. Sikeresek voltak.
En: By the end of the evening, their foreign friend had grasped the concept of 'pálinka'. Euphoria and relief filled the air. They had succeeded. As they headed home at the end of the night, they knew they had achieved their goal. Though the foreign friend didn’t become a pálinka expert, he understood why this small drink is important in people’s lives and why they hold onto it so dearly. The art of using the concept begins with being open to getting to know and accepting the unknown.

    Story Transcript:

Hu: Budapesten egy este a nap lement a látványos égboltra. Eszter, Gergő és Réka a szabadban álltak teraszon, míg a következő látogató, egy kíváncsi amerikai turista, majdnem lélegzet visszafojtva nézte. Pálinka titokzatos világa volt a tét.
En: One evening, the sun set over the spectacular sky of Budapest. Eszter, Gergő, and Réka were standing on an outdoor terrace, while the next visitor, a curious American tourist, watched almost holding his breath. The revelation of the mysterious world of pálinka was on the table.

Hu: Gergő, a helyi pálinkakészítő, elkezdte a bemutatót. "A pálinka," kezdte, "nem csak egy ital. Ez az életünk, az öröm és a bánat része." Az asztalra tette a saját gyümölcseiből készült különféle ízesítésű pálinkákat. Az illat intenzív volt, nem beszélve az ízkalandról.
En: Gergő, a local pálinka maker, began the presentation. "Pálinka," he started, "is not just a drink. It is our life, part of joy and sorrow." He placed on the table pálinkas of various flavors made from his own fruits. The scent was intense, not to mention the taste experience.

En: Next was Eszter, pondering and interpreting the deeper significance of pálinka. "Pálinka can help us in our relationships with people. It truly brings the sense of community," she explained, adding that in practice, pálinka consumption often involves life situations, celebrations, jokes, and anecdotes.

Hu: Réka, a csoport örök humoristája, elkezdte a saját történetét. "Emlékszem egyszer..." kezdte, majd folytatta, hogy egy rendkívül hideg tél végén a nagymamája adott neki pálinkát melegítő italként, ami gyorsan jobban érzetteti magát a zord téli napokon.
En: Réka, the eternal humorist of the group, began her own story. "I remember once..." she started, then continued that at the end of an unusually cold winter, her grandmother gave her a glass of pálinka as a warming drink, which quickly made her feel better on those harsh winter days.

Hu: A látogató, halkan kuncogva ezen vidám és rendkívül őszinte bemutató fölött, hozzátette, hogy otthoni barátai biztosan nem fogják elhinni, mennyire fontos a pálinka ennek a régió.
En: The visitor, quietly chuckling over this lively and remarkably honest presentation, added that his friends back home would surely not believe how important pálinka is to this region.

En: In the middle of the evening, with the last rays of the sun reflecting in the Danube, the visitor learned something not just about a drink, but about a culture that proudly represents a tradition with love. As the visitor departed, the three good friends, Eszter, Gergő, and Réka, waved goodbye, leaving behind a small piece of Hungarian culture and the spirit of pálinka.
