Ja: 大阪の病院では、すべてが動き続けています。
En: In the hospital in Osaka, everything keeps moving.

Ja: アナウンスが響く中、看護師や医師が忙しく歩き回ります。
En: As announcements echo, nurses and doctors walk around busily.

Ja: 冬の空気が窓の外で冴え、ちらちらと雪が舞っています。
En: The winter air is crisp outside the window, with snow fluttering down gently.

Ja: 今日は医学生の春斗にとって大きな日です。
En: Today is a big day for Haruto, a medical student.

Ja: 彼の初めての臨床実習が始まります。
En: His first clinical training begins.

Ja: 彼は祖母を治療した医師に影響を受け、医師になりたいと思いました。
En: Inspired by the doctor who treated his grandmother, he wanted to become a doctor.

Ja: 突然、緊急のアラームが鳴り響きます。
En: Suddenly, an emergency alarm rings loudly.

Ja: 春斗は胸がどきどきします。
En: Haruto's heart starts to race.

Ja: でも落ち着いて状況を見ようとします。
En: But he tries to stay calm and observe the situation.

Ja: 「大丈夫ですよ、春斗さん。でも、集中してくださいね。」優衣が静かに言いました。
En: "It's okay, Haruto. But please concentrate," Yui says quietly.

Ja: 緊急治療室に入ると、医師が指示を出しています。
En: Entering the emergency treatment room, doctors are giving instructions.

Ja: 春斗の心は早くも焦ります。
En: Haruto's mind starts to rush.
