Sv: Snön föll tyst över Stockholm den här vinternatten, och Karolinska Universitetssjukhuset såg nästan magiskt ut med alla juldekorationer.
En: The snow fell silently over Stockholm on this winter night, and the Karolinska Universitetssjukhuset looked almost magical with all the Christmas decorations.

Sv: Inuti sjukhuset, mitt i all julstämning, härskade en intensiv atmosfär.
