Pl: W chmurze tajemniczego, gęstego mroku Fogowego Bagna, Karol czuł się niewyraźnie nieswojo.
En: In the cloud of mysterious, dense darkness of Fogowego Bagna, Karol felt vaguely uneasy.

Pl: Kiedy poszedł tam po raz pierwszy, mówił o tym jak przygodzie.
En: When he went there for the first time, he talked about it as an adventure.
