Story Transcript:

Ja: ある日の春、繁華街のど真ん中、「新宿」にて。さくらは通勤途中、いつものように缶コーヒーを自動販売機で買おうとしていました。ウィンクしたら、その自動販売機にお辞儀をしてしまったのです。
En: One spring day in the heart of the bustling city center of Shinjuku, Sakura was on her usual commute, planning to buy a can of coffee from a vending machine just like she always did. As she winked, she unintentionally bowed down to the vending machine.

Ja: 「おーい！」突然、一人の男性が声をかけてきました。彼の名前はユウキ、かっこいい風貌に愛嬌のある笑顔。さくらはびっくりして、ユウキを直視しました。
En: "Hey!" Suddenly, a man called out to her. His name was Yuuki, and he had a cool appearance with a charming smile. Sakura was surprised and looked directly at Yuuki.

Ja: 「さっきのお辞儀、意図的だったの？」ユウキは笑顔を絶やさず、さくらに質問しました。
En: "Was that bow just now intentional?" Yuuki asked Sakura with a smile that never faded.

Ja: 「う、ううん...」さくらは言葉に詰まり、うつむいてしまいました。その間抜けな行動を見られたことに、彼女の顔は真っ赤に。
En: "Uh, no..." Sakura stumbled over her words and looked down. Her face turned bright red from being caught in such a foolish act.

Ja: しかしユウキは慰めるように微笑み、自動販売機にお辞儀をしました。「ありがと！」と笑顔を浮かべたユウキは、さくらに自己紹介を始めたのです。
En: But Yuuki comfortingly smiled and bowed to the vending machine. With a smile on his face, he said, "Thank you!" and started to introduce himself to Sakura.

Ja: 以降、さくらとユウキは毎朝この自販機で会うこととなり、それぞれの自動販売機へのお辞儀が日課となったのです。それは二人の間に特別な絆を生み出し、やがて恋へと進化していった。
