Ja: 真冬の京都の街は、雪が静かに降り積もる朝でした。
En: The streets of Kyoto on a midwinter morning were covered in quietly falling snow.

Ja: あたりは白く染まり、空気は冷たく澄んでいました。
En: The surroundings were painted white, and the air was cold and crisp.
