Pl: Słońce świeciło jasno na niebie, a cień wielkich Tatr Moonastnę sięgał daleko.
En: The sun shone brightly in the sky, and the shadow of the great Tatra Mountains stretched far.

Pl: Karol i Lena, rodzeństwo, szli ścieżką przez górski las, walcząc z mieszanką smutku i oczekiwania.
En: Karol and Lena, siblings, walked a path through the mountain forest, fighting a mix of sadness and anticipation.

Pl: Ich dziadek niedawno zmarł, zostawiając im starą chatę w górach.
En: Their grandfather had recently passed away, leaving them an old cabin in the mountains.
