In this episode, I’m recording my intro from the Bahamas on the FemmeLand cruise, getting ready to host a live LTTA podcast on the boat, and reflecting on the season I’m walking out of — what I call blind, blissful ignorance — and the season I’m walking into: spiritual sight and awareness. I talk honestly about what it means to finally see clearly — to see myself, to see others for who they truly are, and to confront the ugly parts in my own heart instead of pretending they’re not there.

Then I sit down with my sister Serayah McNeill, and we go deep. From being homeless right before booking Empire, to living in hotels, to breaking survival cycles, to navigating imposter syndrome, therapy, comparison, love, motherhood, and healing inside of a relationship — this conversation is raw, layered, and honest. We talk about shedding old identities, letting go of comparison, releasing self-inflicted pressure, and choosing purpose over performance. This episode is about moving from survival to thriving — and doing the inner work that makes the thriving sustainable.
