Da: Mikkel og Astrid gik forsigtigt gennem de ødelagte gader i København.
En: Mikkel and Astrid walked cautiously through the ruined streets of København.

Da: Det var efterår, og de knasende tørre blade lå spredt ud over brostenene.
En: It was autumn, and the crunchy dry leaves lay scattered over the cobblestones.

Da: En kold vind jog gennem luften og bragte minder om vinterens komme.
En: A cold wind swept through the air, bringing reminders of the coming winter.
