Story Transcript:

Ja: 秋の日、色鮮やかな紅葉がシンジュク御苑の道を飾っていました。
En: On an autumn day, the vibrant autumn leaves adorned the paths of Shinjuku Gyoen.

Ja: 風が少し冷たく、木々はそよそよと揺れています。
En: The wind was slightly chilly, and the trees swayed gently.

Ja: ここは、都会の中の静かな隠れ家のようです。
En: This place seemed like a quiet hidden retreat in the city.

Ja: さとしは、妹のれいなと、弟のはるをここに連れてきました。
En: Satoshi brought his younger sister Reina and younger brother Haru here.

Ja: 彼の心には、亡くなった両親の誕生日を皆で祝うという一つの思いがありました。
En: In his heart, there was one thought: celebrating the birthdays of their deceased parents together.

Ja: しかし、親を失ってから、三人の間には微妙な距離ができていました。

En: "This place... it's nostalgic. We often spent time here as a family," she said softly, a hint of sadness in her voice.

Ja: "そうだね"とはるは元気よく答えます。
En: "That's right," Haru answered cheerfully.

Ja: "あの時の思い出が、今も心に残っているよ。"

Ja: 時間が経つにつれて、会話は次第に両親の思い出へと移っていきました。
En: As time passed, their conversation gradually shifted to memories of their parents.
