Uk: З вечора листя хруміло під ногами, коли Олексій йшов до госпіталю.
En: Since evening, the leaves crunched underfoot as Oleksii walked to the hospital.

Uk: Осінь принесла прохолодний вітер і запах диму, що тягнувся від далеких хат.
En: Autumn had brought a cool wind and the scent of smoke drifting from distant houses.

Uk: Госпіталь стояв неподалік від села, мовчазний та мовби набрався таємниць, якими він носився крізь роки.
En: The hospital stood not far from the village, silent and seemingly absorbed in the secrets it had carried through the years.
