Sv: Utanför kaféfönstret föll snön mjukt och stilla på de kullerstensklädda gatorna i Visby.
En: Outside the café window, the snow fell softly and quietly on the cobblestone streets of Visby.

Sv: Inne i kaféet brann en varm eld i kaminen.
En: Inside the café, a warm fire burned in the stove.

Sv: Doften av nybryggt kaffe och saffransbullar fyllde luften.
En: The scent of freshly brewed coffee and saffron buns filled the air.

Sv: Ljusstakar och stjärnor lyste trivsamt i fönstren.
En: Candlesticks and stars glowed cozily in the windows.

Sv: Det var St. Lucia-dagen, och över staden vilade en känsla av stilla firande.
