Ca: Era un hivern fred i clar quan en Guillem, la Laia i en Pere van emprendre el seu viatge al monestir de Montserrat.
En: It was a cold and clear winter when Guillem, Laia, and Pere embarked on their journey to the monastery of Montserrat.

Ca: La neu cobria les muntanyes com un mantell blanc i el vent xiulava entre els arbres.
