Ca: Jordi i Marta estaven passejant per La Rambla, admirant les flors i els arbres.
En: Jordi and Marta were walking along La Rambla, admiring the flowers and trees.

Ca: De sobte, Jordi rellisca accidentalment una pell de plàtan i cau al terra.
En: Suddenly, Jordi accidentally slips on a banana skin and falls to the floor.

Ca: Marta esclata a riure, cridant l'atenció de tots els turistes que hi passen.
En: Marta bursts out laughing, attracting the attention of all the tourists who pass by.

Ca: Jordi es posa nerviós i avergonyit per la situació.
En: Jordi gets nervous and embarrassed by the situation.

Ca: "Marta, no és divertit!
En: "Marta, it's not fun!"

Ca: ", diu Jordi.
En: says Jordi.

Ca: Però Marta segueix rient i no podeix parar-se.
En: But Marta keeps laughing and can't stop.

Ca: Jordi es posa de peu, roig com un tomàquet, i intenta sacsejar la pell de plàtan de les seves botes.
En: Jordi stands up, red as a tomato, and tries to shake the banana skin off his boots.

Ca: El turistes continuen mirant, preguntant-se què està passant.
En: The tourists continue to watch, wondering what is going on.

Ca: Uns peluts vénen a recollir la pell de plàtan del terra, rient i oferint ajuda a Jordi.
En: Some furry ones come to collect the banana peel from the floor, laughing and offering help to Jordi.

Ca: Finalment, Jordi aconsegueix treure la pell de plàtan de les seves botes i Marta es para de riure.
En: Finally, Jordi manages to remove the banana skin from his boots and Marta stops laughing.

Ca: "Lo sents, Jordi, no volia fer-te sentir avergonyit.
En: "You're sorry, Jordi, I didn't mean to make you feel embarrassed.

Ca: Només que va ser tan graciosa la teva caiguda", diu Marta, disculpant-se.
En: It's just that your fall was so funny," says Marta, apologetically.

Ca: Jordi ho pensa per un moment i després comença a riure amb Marta.
