Uk: Широкий сніговий килим вкривав Карпати, мов біле ватне поле.
En: A vast snowy carpet covered the Karpaty, like a white cotton field.

Uk: На фоні величних гір, наче іграшкова хатинка, виднілася дерев'яна хата.
En: Against the backdrop of the majestic mountains, a wooden house appeared, resembling a toy cabin.

Uk: Внутрішнє світло тепло розливалося крізь вікна, створюючи затишок серед морозної темряви.
En: The warm interior light spilled through the windows, creating coziness amidst the frosty darkness.

Uk: Саме тут, у глибокому серці Карпат, зібралися троє друзів: Дмитро, Оксана і Василь.
En: It was here, in the deep heart of the Karpaty, that three friends gathered: Dmytro, Oksana, and Vasyl.

Uk: Дмитро з нетерпінням чекав Різдва.
En: Dmytro eagerly awaited Christmas.

Uk: Він хотів, аби це свято стало особливим.

Uk: Вітер завивав між деревами, намагаючись пробитися крізь стіни хати.
En: The wind howled between the trees, trying to break through the walls of the house.

Uk: Оксана, яка зазвичай стояла обома ногами на землі, одразу ж зосередилася на головному — безпеці.
En: Oksana, who usually had both feet firmly on the ground, immediately concentrated on the main issue—safety.

Uk: Карпатські зими можуть бути суворими, і це було не час для жартів.
En: Karpatski winters can be harsh, and this was no time for jokes.

Uk: "У нас мало дров!
En: "We're low on firewood!"

Uk: " — сказала вона, перевіряючи запас у кутку.
En: she said, checking the supply in the corner.

Uk: "Це може бути проблемою.
En: "That could be a problem."

Uk: "Веселий від природи Василь намагався розрядити ситуацію: "Зате сніг — ідеальний для сліплення сніговика!

Uk: " Не зважаючи на погоду, він намагався всіх розсмішити, хоча серйозність ситуації була йому очевидною.
En: Despite the weather, he tried to make everyone laugh, although the seriousness of the situation was clear to him.

Uk: Дмитро розумів, що його подібні пригоди не завжди закінчуються добре.
En: Dmytro understood that his similar adventures didn't always end well.
