Pl: Kasia, Mateusz i Zofia szli przez zaśnieżone Tatry.
En: Kasia, Mateusz and Zofia were walking through the snow-covered Tatry.

Pl: Poranek był bardzo zimny.
En: The morning was very cold.

Pl: Kasia trzymała notes i stale coś zapisywała.
En: Kasia held a notebook and was constantly jotting something down.

Pl: Jej dłonie były czerwone od mrozu, ale nie przeszkadzało jej to.
En: Her hands were red from the frost, but it didn't bother her.

Pl: Była zdeterminowana.
En: She was determined.

Pl: - Mateusz, popatrz na tę roślinę - Kasia wskazała na zasypany śniegiem krzew.
En: "Mateusz, look at this plant," Kasia pointed to a shrub covered in snow.

Pl: - Wygląda jak wszystkie inne - odpowiedział Mateusz z nutą niezadowolenia.
En: "It looks like all the others," replied Mateusz with a hint of dissatisfaction.
