Today I am joined by Candy Kemp, the founder of Founder @suppleskinco, serial entrepreneur and mum of 4!
She shares her philosophy of using intuition and prompt action to leap into business (and yes, avoid self doubt by giving it no time to creep in), shares her lessons from running multi million dollar businesses and beautifully describes how balance to her is like seasons.
We dive deep into not staying small with self doubt and the exact practices she used as self care to nurture herself back into her authentic being/reminded her of who she was.

Today's episode:
Work is one of those things we need for a sense of fulfilment, either personal/growth or financial, yet it can often be the things that destroys our overall sense of being ... that is, if we don't know how to manage and have a balanced relationship with it. Today I have dedicated the last of our Balance Rules series to this area because I feel there is SO much potential in our capabilities when we have a healthy and well defined relationship with work.
Does this mean you won't work any overtime? No. Does this mean you won't work hard? No! It's about getting to the core of what you require from a job and knowing when it is taking you away from the other areas of your life. A key skill which I feel, is the make or break for our sense of balance.

Today we are joined by Dr. Don Davis PhD, MBA who shares insights into his new book 'Overcommitted: How to transform your habits and achieve the life you desire'.
As you probably guessed, points of today's chat are about the signs of us overcommitting in different areas of our life (yes even those you feel are good/healthy, we can be overcommitted in), how we know when we need to shake our habits, the concept of 'quiet quitting' for those working on things outside of their 9-5 and why he doesn't believe we need January 1st for a reset. He in fact, accomplishes this reset on a daily basis and teaches us just how to do this today!
Dr. Don Davis is an author, coach and consultant who joins us from the US today for a very insightful chat. You can learn more about him on his website or access the book on Amazon here.

Today’s guest Nora, is a certified Self-Empowerment Coach, on a mission to support individuals in showing up unapologetically and having more fulfilling relationships. I instantly connected with her mission when I came across it and so I am very excited to have Nora on the show today to talk about how we can fully embody who we are, her career shift and transition through feeling lost, how we can overcome the inevitable fear that creeps up with doing new things and how to better understand our ego.
She also drops some golden nuggets on how to reframe rejection as misalignment and also how to extend self love & compassion in moments of negative energy,

Today I am joined by Mindfulness Trainer, Transformation Coach, and the Founder of Purposeful Vibes - Gül Sönmez. She helps entrepreneurs and corporate professionals all around the world move past their stress and trauma to heal, transform and flourish in all areas of their lives.

I also pick her brain on the age old "I'm not good enough" belief - what she said changed my world. I have bookmarked and will listen to this over and over especially when I need it.
