This meditation came very much from my Spirit Guides - a name dropped into my head, followed by a song and I was away! In todays meditation I want to give you a gentle reminder to notice the small pleasures in life. When we can stop to notice the beauty of a sunset, the taste of our coffee, the smile of a stranger, we begin to see the beauty in the small moments of life. Not everything that is joyful has to be big or grand and when we can be intentional in noticing these moments we see more and more of them. When the world feels heavy and we seem to find more fear around us, then these moments of finding small pleasures are vital. Seek them out with intention!

In this meditation we are calling on Sheela na Gig to remind us of our primal feminine power - that of female power, sexuality, and the life-giving force of women. Sheela na Gig embodies a deep, raw, and primal feminine energy. She is not a polished goddess of beauty or love but rather a force of wild wisdom, transformation, and unapologetic power. We use breathwork and visualisation to connect us back to and reclaim this energy that is so often suppressed or filled with shame. I hope you enjoy meeting Sheela!

The Ajna or Third Eye Chakra is the home of our intuition and our psychic abilities. We all have these psychic abilities but may not recognise them as such. In this meditation I am introducing you to the different ways in which our Higher Self, our Inner Knowing can show up. In life we often giving away a part of our energy - whether that be through trying to control an outcome, supporting others, diminishing ourselves in order to make our life or others lives a little easier. In today's meditation we are calling back all the fragments of energy that we have lost along the way! It may take a few times to feel that we have called back all that is ours but it is a simple thing to do - we simply need to centre ourselves and command our energy back for our highest good.
