    QUOTES ON REFRAMES

    * "Change the way you look at things, and the things you look at change." - Wayne Dyer
    * "It's not what happens to you, but how you react to it that matters." - Epictetus
    * "Your mind is a powerful thing. When you fill it with positive thoughts, your life will start to change." - Unknown

    HOW TO REFRAME

    What is it?

-The most powerful process or skill you could possess to live a positive life

A mental reframe refers to the process of shifting or changing one's perspective, beliefs, or interpretation of a situation, in order to view it in a more positive or empowering light. It involves consciously altering the way you think about something in order to cultivate a more constructive or beneficial mindset.

A mental reframe can help individuals reframe challenges as opportunities, setbacks as learning experiences, and negative thoughts as positive affirmations. It allows for a shift from a limited or negative mindset to one that is more optimistic, empowering, and conducive to growth and well-being.

By consciously reframing our thoughts, we can reshape our perception of situations, change our emotional responses, and ultimately enhance our overall outlook on life. Mental reframing can be a powerful tool for personal development, resilience, and finding meaning in difficult circumstances.

    WHY REFRAMING MATTERS

Reframing your thoughts is important because it has a significant impact on your overall well-being, mindset, and how you navigate through life's challenges. Here are a few reasons why reframing your thoughts matters:

    * Positive mindset: Reframing helps cultivate a positive mindset by shifting your focus from negative or limiting beliefs to more empowering and optimistic perspectives. This positive outlook enables you to approach situations with resilience, creativity, and a greater sense of possibility.

    * Stress reduction: Reframing your thoughts can reduce stress levels. By reframing negative thoughts or stressful situations, you can alter your emotional response and perceive challenges as opportunities for growth. This change in perception can lead to decreased stress and improved emoti...

WHAT HOLDS US BACK FROM DOING
    Dread.
    Fear.
    Distraction.

    It's an emotion.
When you find out that you're just afraid of the emotion, you'll feel empowered to move forward.
    ACKNOWLEDGE THE AVOIDANCE

Avoidance will keep you from your dreams.

    -It keeps you small

-It creates a nature of delay in your character

-It shrinks the world that is available to you

Remember, we all know people who talk big. But you know the difference between those who talk big and those who actually implement and do. Be a doer. Be someone that when people hear you say something that you are going to do, they know you'll do it.

Practice this on your own, in the smallest of small ways.

Excuses about your preferences will keep your potential buried.

-Stop preferring to "feel like it"

-Develop emotional maturity to know the difference between priorities and preferences

-Decide to be someone who doesn't make excuses - and be proud of yourself every time you act as this person

Focusing on your lack will sabotage what you do have

-You have all you need right now to start

-Own the time abundance in your life - and create more

-Stop believing that you need to do it all on your own
