Story Transcript:

Ko: 맹수한테 잡아먹힐 뻔했던 낚시꾼이 호크의 가장자리에서 살아남은 기세로 앉아있었습니다.
En: A fisherman who was about to be eaten by a wild beast sat on the edge of a hawk with vigor.

Ko: 지혜와 민수는 한식당 안에서 꽤 뜨거운 식사 준비를 하고 있었습니다.
En: Jihye and Minsu were preparing a pretty hot meal in a Korean restaurant.

Ko: 그들은 서로 알지도 못하는 이들 사이의 장난에 끌려들어간 상황이었습니다.
En: They were drawn into a prank between people they didn't even know each other.

Ko: 지혜는 매운 요리를, 그리고 민수는 안 매운 요리를 주문했어야 했는데 그들은 실수로 주문을 바꿔버렸습니다.
En: Jihye should have ordered a spicy dish and Minsu should have ordered a non-spicy dish, but they mistakenly changed their order.

Ko: 이렇게 되어서 놀란 민수는 지혜에게 "이거 뭐야! 내 입에 불이 번! 너 어떡해, 매운 음식은 못 먹잖아!"라고 소리쳤습니다.
En: Surprised by this, Min-su shouted to Ji-hye, "What is this! My mouth is on fire! What should I do, you can't eat spicy food!"

Ko: "미안해, 내 잘못이었어."
En: "Sorry, it was my fault."

Ko: 지혜는 미안한 마음으로 말했습니다.
En: Wisdom said with an apologetic heart.

Ko: "그래도 우리가 먹어보고 결정을 내려봐야겠지. 어쩌면 즐기다 보면 괜찮을지도 몰라."
En: "We'll have to try it out and make a decision, though. Maybe we'll enjoy it and we'll be fine."

Ko: 민수는 지혜의 말에 동의하고 소박한 손짓으로 "그래, 그럴까?"라고 대답했습니다.
En: Minsu agreed with the words of wisdom and responded with a simple hand gesture, "Yes, would you like it?"

Ko: 그들은 서로의 접시를 앞앞이 서로 바꾸고 참지 못한 웃음이 쏟아졌습니다.
En: They exchanged each other's plates and laughed uncontrollably.

Ko: 지혜는 매운 음식을 크게 한 입 베어물었고, 민수는 그의 얼굴이 점점 빨개지자 조금씩 매운 맛에 익숙해지려고 했습니다.
En: Ji-hye took a big bite of the spicy food, and Min-su tried to get used to the spicy taste little by little as his face turned red.

Ko: 그들이 먹고 나서도 웃음은 계속되었습니다.
En: The laughter continued even after they ate.

Ko: 지휘와 민수는 땀을 흘리며 많은 양의 물을 삼키기 시작했습니다.
En: Commander and Minsu started sweating and swallowing large amounts of water.

Ko: 그들은 평범한 식사를 비웃음으로 벗들고 제대로 즐기기를 원했습니다.
En: They wanted to laugh at a normal meal and enjoy it properly.

Ko: 결국 그들은 접시를 다시 교환하고 올바른 식사를 즐기며 안도하게 웃음에 눈물을 흘렸습니다.
En: In the end, they exchanged plates again and enjoyed a proper meal, shedding tears of relief.
