Fr: Une belle journée s'était levée sur Paris.
En: A beautiful day had dawned in Paris.

Fr: Antoine se réveilla, avide d'un café.
En: Antoine woke up, craving a coffee.

Fr: Pas de chez lui, mais d'un café confortablement assis, démarrant sa journée parmi des inconnus.
En: Not from his own home, but from a comfortably seated café, starting his day among strangers.

Fr: Mais pas n'importe quel café, un café tranquille, pas trop fréquenté, mais qui servait un bon café.
En: But not just any café, a quiet café, not too crowded, but one that served good coffee.
