Story Transcript:

Ja: 東京の賑やかな朝、佐藤は田中と一緒に忙しなく家を出ようとしていました。二人の男性は喫煙者として同じマンションに住んでおり、深い友情と尊敬に基づく日常のルーチンを共有していました。
En: On a bustling morning in Tokyo, Sato and Tanaka were getting ready to leave their homes in a hurry. The two men lived in the same apartment building and shared a daily routine based on deep friendship and respect, as smokers.

Ja: 「いつものように朝のお茶を飲んでから出かけようね」と佐藤が提案しました。
En: Let's have our usual morning tea before we head out,

Ja: 田中は佐藤の生活術に感銘を受けていたので、彼の提案は率直にうなずきました。
En: Sato suggested. Tanaka was impressed by Sato's way of life, so he nodded earnestly in response to his proposal.
