Taking a look at your sleep pattern can help you to figure out what is actually causing your bad sleep and how you can fix it. We'll talk about the most common causes of each pattern including melatonin issues, magnesium deficiency, iron deficiency, sedentary lifestyle, pain, histamine, cortisol, blood sugar, anxiety, and waking to pee.
