Story Transcript:

Ca: Adrià es va despertar molt aviat aquell matí de primavera.
En: Adrià woke up very early that spring morning.

Ca: Era un dia important; havia decidit anar al Park Güell per inspirar-se per al seu projecte escolar d'art.
En: It was an important day; he had decided to go to Park Güell to get inspired for his school art project.

Ca: Els mosaics de Gaudí i les flors de primavera li semblaven de conte.
En: Gaudí's mosaics and the spring flowers seemed like a fairy tale to him.

Ca: Va agafar la seva motxilla amb pintures i llenç i va sortir cap a la parada de l'autobús.
En: He took his backpack with paints and canvas and headed to the bus stop.

Ca: L'aire del matí era fresc, i el sol començava a escalfar Barcelona.
En: The morning air was fresh, and the sun was beginning to warm Barcelona.

Ca: Un cop al parc, Adrià va trobar un racó tranquil, amb vistes als colors vius i les figures sinuoses de les edificacions.
En: Once at the park, Adrià found a quiet corner, with views of the vivid colors and winding figures of the buildings.

Ca: Va treure les seves pintures, intentant fer que el pinzell capturés la màgia del lloc.
En: He took out his paints, trying to make the brush capture the magic of the place.

Ca: Però com de costum, els dubtes el perseguien.
En: But as usual, doubts haunted him.

Ca: "I si no és prou bo?", es preguntava mentre intentava atrapar els detalls dels bancs de trencadís.

Ca: Marta i Jordi, els seus amics de classe, van arribar per donar-li suport.

Ca: Però fins i tot amb les seves paraules, la pressió no acabava de desaparèixer.

Ca: De cop, el cel es va enfosquir.

Ca: Va començar a ploure suaument.
En: It began to rain gently.

Ca: Però enlloc d'alarmar-se, Adrià va veure com la pluja creava reflexos lluminosos sobre les rajoles humides.

Ca: "Potser això és el que necessitava", va pensar.

Ca: El parc es va tornar un espai brunyit i brillant, i de sobte, Adrià va sentir com la seva inspiració creixia.
