Uk: Весняний вітер легенько хитав гілки дерев, що вкривали вікна в родинному домі Оксани, Андрія і Михайла.
En: The spring wind gently swayed the branches of the trees that covered the windows of Oksana's, Andriy's, and Mykhailo's family home.

Uk: В Одесі, на самому березі Чорного моря, весна приносила свіжість і очікування чогось нового.
En: In Odesa, right on the shore of the Black Sea, spring brought freshness and the anticipation of something new.

Uk: Скрізь пахло квітами та свіжоспеченими пасками, а десь удалині чути було шум базару, де люди покупки до Великодня робили.
En: Everywhere smelled of flowers and freshly baked paska cakes, and somewhere in the distance, you could hear the noise of the market where people were shopping for Easter.

Uk: Оксана, найстарша з сестер і братів, давала собі слово цього року відзначити Великдень так, як це завжди робила їхня мама, котра вже відійшла рік тому.
En: Oksana, the oldest of the siblings, promised herself to celebrate Easter this year as their mother always did, who had passed away a year ago.

Uk: Вона відчувала обов'язок зберегти сімейну традицію — робити писанки, готувати святковий обід.
En: She felt the duty to preserve the family tradition — making pysanky and preparing the festive meal.

Uk: Але їй знадобиться допомога братів, а вони обидва зараз були відсторонені.
En: But she needed the help of her brothers, both of whom were currently distant.

Uk: Андрій, середній брат, був скептично налаштований.
En: Andriy, the middle brother, was skeptical.

En: She wanted to unite her brothers and show how important it is to remember and honor their mother's legacy.

Uk: "Ми повинні бути разом, як у дитинстві," — сказала вона брому на зібранні.
En: "We must be together, like in childhood," she told them at a gathering.

Uk: Андрій лише знизав плечима: "Все це не так важливо.
En: Andriy only shrugged: "None of this really matters.

Uk: Життя триває.

Uk: "Михайло, копирсаючись у своїх думках, раптом мовив: "Мама любила красиву писанку, пам'ятаєте?
En: Mykhailo, rummaging through his thoughts, suddenly said, "Mom loved a beautiful pysanka, remember?

Uk: Я спробую зробити щось особливе.
En: I will try to make something special."

Uk: "Після цих слів брати задумалися.
En: After these words, the brothers pondered.

Uk: Щоб відзначити Великдень, як в минулі роки, Оксана приготувала інструменти для розписування писанок, а також накрила стіл вервечкою страв.
En: To celebrate Easter like in past years, Oksana prepared the tools for decorating the pysanky and also set the table with a variety of dishes.

Uk: Коли настав Великдень, у гарної та затишної оселі запахли фарби для писанок.

Uk: Андрій сидів поряд, зацікавлений, спостерігаючи за сестрою.

Uk: Мама завжди була разом з нами, коли ми це робили.
En: Mom was always with us when we did this."

Uk: "Щось змінилося в повітрі.

Uk: Андрій нарешті зрозумів слова молодшого брата і зітхнув, відчуваючи, як важливо шанувати минуле, водночас створюючи нове.
En: Andriy finally understood his younger brother's words and sighed, realizing the importance of honoring the past while creating something new.

Uk: Цього дня брати і сестра погодилися: спадщина важлива, але ще важливіше створювати свої традиції, які буде їм приємно передавати далі.

Uk: Оксана зрозуміла, що сім'я — це не тільки спільні спогади, це майбутнє, яке вони будуть разом жити.
