Ja: 冬の息がそよいでいた。
En: The breath of winter was gently stirring.

Ja: 大学の図書館は、暖かい光に包まれていた。
En: The university library was enveloped in warm light.

Ja: 木でできた机が整然と並び、学生たちはみな、静かに勉強していた。
En: Wooden desks were neatly arranged, and all the students were quietly studying.

Ja: 中でも、ゆきは深く机にうずくまり、教科書とにらめっこしていた。
En: Among them, Yuki was deeply hunched over a desk, staring intently at a textbook.

Ja: ゆきは、未来の奨学金を願って、家族に誇りに思ってもらいたいと思っていた。
En: Yuki hoped for a future scholarship and wanted to make his family proud.
