We are back with another For You Friday Episode, and we talk all about where I have been in the past week, reaching the lowest points of your life, and coming back up from them. I speak about my recent health issues, and how I am getting myself off bed rest and back on track with my mental, and physical health. Being transparent and vulnerable with dark and low points in life is NOT easy for me; however, I feel that it is extremely necessary to show you guys the good and bad sides of mental health and self love.
