Recently, I have been seeing on TikTok his term called “Villian Era,” which in a few words is a time where you focus on YOU, and only YOU, and become the best version of yourself.

I have been going through my own mental health issues in the past few months and I realized that it was time for me to get out of my funk, and to stop allowing others to have that much power over my feelings and emotions.
