Getting out of your ‘FLOP ERA!’ In today’s episode, I go over all of the things that I do when I am not feeling my best and falling off track. After being sick and taking a time out from life and no longer being in routine, I knew that it was time to start working to get back on track, and feel like myself again + better.

I go over a ton of tips to get back on track, reset yourself, pamper yourself, healing your mind, and getting it all done to feel like the best you. I also talk about how I am going on vacation soon, and how I plan on prepping for my vacation.
