Matt and Zac have an intruder in the studio, as Brady pops in to try and steal some tips on podcasting!
They discuss the weekends time trials that went down with a number of Run2PB athletes over various distances. With the coaches drawing on some learnings and aspects of time trials. Zac recounts his adventure out to pace his Athlete Will and includes a quick post time trial interview.

During the month of June all 3 of the founders of Run2PB (Matt, Brady & Zac) have been racking up KMs to donate $1 per KM to reach a 437, to represent the number of aboriginal deaths in custody since 1991, they are supporting the ANTAR @antar_national (Australians for Native Title and Reconciliation)
Brady references some podcasts, books and resources he has been listening to and reading, as well as talking about the issue with his good mate Benny Walker.
In this week's interview, Zac and Josh continue their deep dive into his running career, and talk about his debut world championships marathon, the injury that almost stopped him from running forever, his brief move to cycling, making it big time in the beer mile including being flown over to the world champs, and now his transition to coaching and plans for this running in 2020.

Zacca Newman catches up with Becky Wade based in Boulder, Colarado, Becky is a 2:30 marathon runner, author, freelance writer, and traveler.
Becky is Part of two sets of twins born 20 months apart, Growing up in Dallas, Texas, before making her way to Houstons, Rice University on a track scholarship. She flourished year on year to graduate as a 4-time All-American and an Olympic Trials qualifier in the 10K and 3K steeplechase.
They talk about Becky's running journey and her now world famous 12-month, 22-country deep dive into some of the world’s most fascinating running traditions that was morphed into my book RUN THE WORLD. and published in 2016.
Becky's year long experiences, knowledge and training propelled her running career, returning to run a 2hr:30, she went onto representing the USA at the World Half Marathon Championships.
