En: It was Easter, and a special day for Nikolaj.

En: He had planned an egg hunt, and it was to be a day the family would never forget.

Da: Nikolaj var en forsigtig teenager.
En: Nikolaj was a cautious teenager.

Da: Han ønskede at vise sin familie, at han kunne skabe noget specielt.
En: He wanted to show his family that he could create something special.

Da: Men frygten for at skuffe dem plagede ham.
En: But the fear of disappointing them troubled him.

En: Freja, his mother, was always there to support him, maybe a bit too much.

En: She wanted to take care of her youngest son.

Da: Lukas, Nikolajs ældre bror, var modsat.
En: Lukas, Nikolaj's older brother, was the opposite.

Da: Han havde sans for eventyr og opfordrede Nikolaj til at prøve nye ting.
En: He had a sense of adventure and encouraged Nikolaj to try new things.

En: As the landscape glowed with the warm colors of spring, Nikolaj and Lukas walked along the small paths in the neighborhood.

En: Nikolaj wavered at the thought of the great responsibility.

Da: "Jeg ved ikke, Lukas.
En: "I don't know, Lukas.

Da: Hvad hvis det hele går galt?"
En: What if it all goes wrong?"

Da: sagde Nikolaj stille.
En: said Nikolaj quietly.

Da: "Bror, lad mig hjælpe dig," svarede Lukas beroligende.
En: "Brother, let me help you," replied Lukas reassuringly.

Da: "Vi kan gøre det sammen.
En: "We can do it together.

En: You plan, and I'll make sure it's fun."

Da: Nikolaj tog en dyb indånding.
En: Nikolaj took a deep breath.

Da: Han valgte at stole på Lukas.
En: He chose to trust Lukas.

En: The day came, and the family gathered in the garden.

En: The sun shone brightly, and Freja watched Nikolaj proudly as he, with a small smile, gave the starting signal.

En: The eggs were well hidden in the area, but some of them had small clues that sent participants back to the beginning to search for a special prize – a large chocolate egg.

Da: Under jagten opstod der pludselig forvirring.
En: During the hunt, confusion suddenly arose.

En: One of the clues had mistakenly pointed them to the wrong area in the garden.

En: The family was momentarily anxious, but Lukas jumped in and got them back on track.

En: Finally, they found the large egg, where a hidden carrot awaited with a funny message from Nikolaj: "You found me!

Da: Godt gået!
En: Well done!

Da: Håber du nød eventyret!"
En: Hope you enjoyed the adventure!"

En: The family burst into laughter as they sat down with the chocolate and shared Easter memories.

Da: Freja krammede Nikolaj tæt.
En: Freja hugged Nikolaj tightly.

Da: "Du gjorde det fantastisk, min dreng," sagde hun.
En: "You did fantastic, my boy," she said.

Da: Lukas klappede ham på ryggen.
En: Lukas patted him on the back.

Da: "Jeg vidste, du kunne gøre det."
En: "I knew you could do it."
