En: His heartbeat quickened when he thought about what he had discovered: an ancient artifact, hidden in the shadows of the forest.

Da: Han følte en hvisken fra noget større.

Da: "Vi må være forsigtige."
En: "We must be careful."

Da: En indre konflikt voksede i Mikkel.

Da: Hans rationelle side ønskede at tage artefakten til laboratoriet for analyse.
En: His rational side wanted to take the artifact to the lab for analysis.

Da: Men han vidste også, at dette kunne være stærkt respektløst.
En: But he also knew that this could be highly disrespectful.

Da: Da skyggerne begyndte at forlænge sig i aftenlyset, havde Mikkel truffet sin beslutning.
En: As the shadows began to lengthen in the evening light, Mikkel had made his decision.

Da: Han ville respektere åndernes stemmer og de mennesker, artefakten tilhørte.
