It: Il sole splendeva alto nel cielo azzurro sopra il mercato all'aperto di Milano.
En: The sun was shining high in the blue sky above the open-air market in Milano.

It: Era un giorno d'estate, e il mercato pullulava di vita e colori.
En: It was a summer day, and the market was teeming with life and colors.
